Payments:
I accept all major credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and PayPal through Etsy’s secure checkout. Your payment information is always kept safe.
Shipping & Order Processing:
• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing.
• All plushies are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• Shipping upgrades are available at checkout if you need your order faster.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Because each plushie is handmade, I generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged in shipping, wrong item sent, etc.), please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll work with you to make it right.
