Shipping & Order Processing:
As soon as I have your order ready =2-3 days
Already made =1 day
If I have to custom order products to create a custom order =7 days
Will ship using United States postal service or ups
Refunds and Exchanges:
Will only provide refunds if order is damaged. Since I will be providing pictures of custom orders, I will only ship when you are happy with final results. You will have pay postage to return.
