My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Greetings! All items are unique, so inquire before you buy to make sure the item you want is available. I will try to keep the listings up to date but as you know, life happens to all of us.
Payments:
Lap and baby quilts are US$75. Commissioned quilts are $75-100 depending on the amount of hand sewing needed.
Pot holders are US$15/pair, 2 or more pairs are $12/pair. Commissioned pot holders are the same rate.
Cash, check, credit/debit card, and PayPal are accepted. Payment must clear before item is shipped.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Shipping is added to all purchases. An item in stock will be shipped within 3 business days unless a notice is posted of delays. Commissioned items will be made on order; expect to wait 8 weeks for a commissioned quilt and 2 weeks for commissioned pot holders.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued for items in pristine condition, undamaged, clean, unused, and not laundered.
Additional Information:
Some copyright owners (ex. Disney, sports teams) require the seller to purchase a license to use their images on items for sale. I do not purchase these licenses, so I DO NOT PUT THESE IMAGES IN MY PRODUCTS. If you want a product that evokes one of these images (ex. Seahawks pot holders), contact me to discuss options that do not violate copyright.
