Welcome Message: Welcome to Artistic Wood Creations. We are committed to making and selling high quality, handmade items for use in the home or office. We are geared for items of practical and everyday use such as cutting boards,home organizers, entryway shelves, coat racks, shrines, personal prayer and meditation altars, board games and Adirondack furniture. Custom pieces are available upon request.
Payments: Payment is expected upon ordering of product. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Shipping & Order Processing:Most items are available for shipping in 2-3 business days. If delayed for some reason, you will be contacted with a definitive shipping date per your satisfaction or your money will be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back (unfortunately, at your expense, of course) and you will be issued a refund. No desire for unsatisfied customers here. I stand by the quality of my products without hesitation.
