Welcome Message: Hi, welcome to Nanna B's! All of my night lights are hand made, by me. The designs are applied by hand to the agate and the lights are assembled by me.
Payments: Payment due with order and I only accept PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day of order via USPS with tracking. Depending on the order, I will determine if the item(s) ship First Class or Flat Rate.
Refunds and Exchanges: If an item arrives to you broken, you will need to contact me at t_n_t_brat@yahoo.com with photos. The item(s) will have to be returned to me, in original packaging, with tracking, at YOUR expense. Since I ship with tracking, if you claim to have not received it, I will not offer a refund, as I have no control over the package once it is accepted by USPS.
