Welcome Message: We will ship your order within 3 business day upon payment received and cleared by the bank. Custom orders will take approximately 3 to 10 days depending on the design ordered. Custom orders are our speciality. We do not charge extra for custom orders. We will send you a picture via email for your approval. 30 days guarantee against breakage or workmanship starting the day your beautiful item(s) arrive. If you are unsatisfied for any reason feel free to contact me and we will resolve your issue in a fast, curtious manner. We strive to do it right the first time.
Our jewelry is made with all or a combonation of the following materials: glass, crystal, gem stones, accrylic, plastic, metal, rock, etc...... Earrings are make with wires that are hypo-allergenic. They contain no nickle to my knowledge. Bracelets can be made to stretch or clasp on. Please specify your choice when ordering.
Payments: Payments are due before we will ship your jewelry. However we do accept lay-a-way for any period of time you desire. There is no charge on lay-a-ways. As we do have lay-a-ways do your holiday shopping early. All holiday orders need to be ordered 20 days before the date to insure you receive your order in time.
Shipping & Order Processing: Jewelry will be shipped within 3 business days of order with the exception of custom orders. Most custom orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 days depending on order. Every order is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me immediately.
Refunds and Exchanges: If for any reason you do not like your necklace set, contact me a.s.a.p. so I may resolve the issue immediately. Custom orders may be redone one time at no charge. (if you did not like that color of blue then I should be able to restring with a different shade or shape etc.). Buyer must pay shipping fees both ways. If you need a second change then there will be a $10.00 fee to do so. (reminder we will send you a picture of your custom order before we ship it out so the chances of it needing to be redone are rare).
