My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: We appreciate your support of our small business. Check back regularly as we will be adding to our line.
Payments: They can be processed through PayPal. All payments, even for special orders are placed up front. No exceptions.
Shipping & Order Processing: All orders will be shipped for free. We will communicate with you on an eta of your items ship out date. If an item that you have purchased is time sensitive, please make us aware of that. Ready to ship items will be sent out usually within 1 to 2 business days. Custom orders can take longer depending on demand. Once the item has left our shop, we are not responsible for shipping times. The only thing in our control is processing time.
Refunds and Exchanges: We do not except refunds or exchanges. If an item was damaged in shipping and can be proven, we will gladly replace the item(s) after the damaged item has been shipped back to us. We take the utmost care in packing to ensure this does not happen.
