Shipping & Order Processing:
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped out next day. For special orders, please allow 3-5 days for shipping. Glitter tumblers take 5-7 days to complete.
50% due upfront for customized orders.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are allowed due to seller error, within the first 30 days. No refunds on personalized items, as I will show you item before being shipped.
