Shipping & Order Processing
Shipping is first class USPS and is $3.50 for the first item. If you purchase more than one item, shipping is $2.00. Processing an order, once payment has been made, takes 1-3 business days. I send my items out in either bubble mailers or small boxes. Gift wrapping is free of charge. Just let me know!
Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges only. If an item is damaged, I will need to see a photo of the item along with an explanation of what is wrong. I will happily fix any item that is damaged (due to shipping or if something extraordinary has occurred--please know, this is rare!). However, normal wear and tear of an accessory does not count in this case.
