My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Hi! Welcome to my shop! I have a very small operation which I use to support me and my family as I complete my student teaching requirement. I hope to teach high school business courses soon! I am very proud and grateful of my gift to create fun and beautiful earrings for everyday wear.
Payments: I currently only accept PayPal and payment must be received prior to shipment.
Shipping & Order Processing: Regular shipping is a flat $5.00 and I am only able to use USPS. If expedited shipping is required, I am willing to cooperate to fulfill the request; however, the shipping upgrade costs will be paid by the purchaser.
I will ship within 2 business days of receipt of your payment. I can accommodate special requests such as color or charms if notified prior to purchase. However, special requests could require additional days for completion and/or gathering of materials. Due to the sometimes limited supply of certain elements or because of variations in natural elements, some earrings may not look exactly as pictured, but will be incredibly similar in appearance and suitable replacements for charms or beads will be used.
Refunds and Exchanges: I do not give refunds, but will work with you to back up and correct any problems you may have with your jewelry. I know what it is like to be a consumer myself. I take great pride in my quality product; however, if proven defective or you are unable to wear my earrings, I will work to make it so you can wear them!
