Payments:
Payments accepted via Paypal, Visa & Mastercard.
50% up front deposit required on all items personalized with a name. This is due to start the order. Will not work on any personalized items without a 50% deposit. Please submit depost via PalPay 24 hrs after order.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Average turnaround time for all personalized items: 1-2 weeks + shipping. Our business hours are Monday - Friday with the exception of major holidays. Please take holidays and weekends into account when estimating your delivery date.
