Payments: payments made prior to shipping products
Shipping & Order Processing: ordering more pens at once will save money in shipping... up to five (5) pens shipped together for one price.
Refunds and Exchanges: if pens break during shipping customer will be refunded or pen will be replaced
Additional Information: just give me the color you want and I will design a pen with that color included... all pens are differnt in design.
