My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Welcome to my custom embroidery shop. I create items using machine embroidery, rhinestones, and vinyl. Please take a look around my site. I have some great hooded towels for the bath or the beach. Hooded towels can be created for adults by using a bath sheet. I have many characters available. If you have something in mind, just ask. A proof will be provided for all custom orders.
Payments: Work will begin as soon as payment is received. Depending on the time of year, there is a two to three week turn around time. A $25.00 rush order will be charged on all rush orders.
Shipping & Order Processing: Exact shipping charges will be charged for items that must be mailed. I will use the least expensive shipping possible.
Refunds and Exchanges: There is no refund or exchanges on custom orders. If I make a mistake, I will gladly fix it for you free of charge.
