Jens Handmade Ornaments
Payments:
We accept all forms of payment, except cash. Once an order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel. However, once it's been shipped, no cancellations are allowed.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All items shipped within the U.S. are sent via USPS priority mail. We will ship as many items together as possible. Please allow up to one week from purchase for delivery.
We do not issue refunds. Please contact us directly if you have received a damaged item. We do our best to protect it while in transit as possible.
We welcome custom orders. Most of the requested customizations are Names & Date of birth and we ask that you put something in the notes and comments section upon checkout.
Any pictures we need for ornaments we ask that you email a picture to jennifersanterre [!at] gmail.com. We will have your picture developed and printed so we can add it to your ornament.
If your looking for something more specific please ask. We will do our best to work with you on something.
All custom orders take a week to process.
