Welcome to Johnny’s Laser Craft! We specialize in personalized laser-engraved gifts and home décor made from durable materials such as natural slate, canvas, and ceramic tile. Every product is made with care and attention to detail. Please contact us with any questions or custom-design requests—we look forward to creating something special for you!
Payments:
Payment in full is required before work begins on your order. Please review all names, dates, photographs, wording, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Production will begin after payment and all required customization information have been received.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Most products are made to order and require approximately 5–7 business days to create before shipping. Custom or complex orders may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or severe weather. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Johnny’s Laser Craft is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by Johnny’s Laser Craft.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or other resolution.
Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

For photo engravings, clear, high-resolution photographs provide the best results. Engraved images may vary slightly from the original photograph because of the natural characteristics of slate, wood, canvas, ceramic, or other materials. Variations in texture, color, edges, and engraving tone make every handmade item unique.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. If you have questions about a product or need a custom design, please contact Johnny’s Laser Craft before ordering.
