Welcome Message:
Payments:Payments are to be made in full prior to any custom orders are created and before shipping.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping will be through the USPS. Production times vary and I will send photos prior to shipping of custom orders.
Refunds and Exchanges: If there is an issue with your order please message me within 3 days. Custom orders generally cannot be returned but if there is an error on my part I will make it right for you. Any approved item being returned must be shipped back within 14 days in unused condition.
