Payments:
Naomi's Classy Craft accepts payments via Paypal, Credit Cards.
Shipping & Order Processing:
For delivery to the USA, I use USPS first class package with tracking (typically 2-5 days). For international orders, I will use USPS first class international package. For many countries this includes tracking. An email will be sent when the item ships and that will include your tracking number if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me within 1 week of your item being delivered. We can determine the best course of action which may be refund (less shipping) or replacement.
