My Shop Policies
Welcome Message:
Welcome friend! Thank you for taking the time to visit and shop with us! We know that if you order with us once, you will most likely order again. Almost all of our customers do. We look forward to getting to know you.
We use mostly natural soy products with our candles and wax tarts, however, some products do need to use paraffin in order to be viable products to use. We use some palm, coconut and other natural waxes as well, depending on what we are making. We do not guarantee that everything we make will be 100% natural unless it is. We do sell some higher end commercial accessories that are not handmade for the convenience of our customers and we hope you will like those as well.
Payments:
We do accept Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Your items will be shipped when your check clears the bank. If your check status becomes insufficient funds, you will be charged applicable charges from my bank, plus $25.00
Shipping & Order Processing:
Processing of your order can take up to 3 business days, but generally you should receive your item(s) within 3-5 business days, Because of Covid and the holidays coming up, shipping may take a little longer. Please be patient. If your order does not show up within 10 business days, please call us and we will try to help as much as possible.

We do deliver in Jamestown, ND and in the surrounding areas. We also deliver to different places in Minnesota when we visit family. Please call us for dates and times & more information. 1-701-248-0460. If you are calling for personal delivery, you can even order over the phone.
Refunds and Exchanges:
You have up to 30 days to return an item, but refunds for items are only accepted if returned in new and unused condition. We will only pay for return postage if the item does not reach you in good condition or is somehow our fault. Before returning an item, please call our business phone at 701-248-0460 and discuss the problem with us. We will resolve it together.
