My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Thanks for choosing Pop's Shop Woodworking. All items are individually made from your specifications. I do not mass produce any products.
Payments: We accept credit cards processed through PayPal. We will also accept checks and money orders made out to Fred Wilson. PayPal orders will be put in queue immediately - check orders will be put in queue when check clears.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping carrier will be chosen depending on the size and weight of the project and with the least expensive option to you. Order processing explained above.
Refunds and Exchanges: Since each project is cut invidividually to your specifications, no refunds or exchanges will be considered. If the carier destroys the item in transit, I will remake the project after proper documentation of the damage.
Additional Information: Since all projects are made from natural wood, grain patterns and colors may appear different from project to project. I do not make the wood - God does - I just enhance its beauty.
