Thank You for visiting us at Racket Town Jewel Queen. We have many Ready-To-Go and Customizable pieces to choose from and cant wait to design something unique for you if you just want something you've been dreaming of. We can also help with your gift-giving needs.
Payments:
We gladly accept credit cards via PayPal or PayAnywhere.
For Custom Orders, 1/2 payment up front and final payment after photo verification and customer acceptance.
Shipping & Order Processing:
We package your items very carefully to avoid any damage.
If it is a ready made item, it will go out within 2 days of payment. Some Handmade items are repeatable but orders will be fulfilled as they are received.
Note: Handmade items are not all identical to each other.
If placing a custom order, shipping will be arranged as soon as possible after item is completed and customer verification of acceptance and final payment.
Small items ship 1st Class - USPS
Larger items ship UPS
Refunds and Exchanges:
Not happy with your item? Please Email me right away and let me know! All reasonable returns are fine. But please, review descriptions and photos carefully. And please contact me with any questions before ordering.
