Welcome Message: Welcome to my store. all of our candies and treats are made-to-order in a fully certified bakery by a certified Pastry Chef in Upstate New York. Payments:We accept Paypal at this time. Please contact me for other methods of payment.
Shipping & Order Processing:We try to ship flat rate to get your goodies there quickly, and with Insurance, but sometimes we can ship two to three day priority for less than flat rate, so we sometimes choose this option in order to save you money!.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds for custom orders is not accepted
we would be happy to refund your money for anything you are not completely satisfied with; just return the product to the address on your box for a full refund ( you are resonsible for shipping costs affiliated with return shipping).
Food items: we will not refund for items that have been mostly eaten. We accept returns of items with a minimal amount that has been consumed.
Additional Information:
All Christmas orders must be ordered by December 18th. If you order after December 18th I cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
The same applies to Valentine's Day or other holiday ( our cutoff is five days prior to any holiday) Thank you for understanding.
