Welcome Message:
Welcome to Soap Obsession! I started making natural soap in order to pursue a more healthy lifestyle. My husband refers to me as "The Mad Scientist." I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that I am constantly experimenting and creating new ideas in my soap kitchen. The beautiful horse mural in my kitchen inspires me.
We are located in the foothills of beautiful Sedalia, Colorado.
Payments:
Paypal is accepted. Checks are accepted via mail but orders cannot be processed until check has cleared.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Free shipping on orders $100 and above.
Shipping to USA only.
We usually ship within 2-4 business days. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate Priority Mail which delivers within 2 days in most cases.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of soap, we cannot accept returns. Problems must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving shipment. We will make every effort to correct any mistakes. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. Please email us at time of purchase if you wish to purchase insurance.
