Items are etched using a chemical etch or sandcarving method, each piece/item processed individually and performed by a human onto manufactured glass product.
Payments: PayPal, check, money order prior to process of order.
Shipping & Order Processing: standard ground transportation; faster service at additional charge
Refunds and Exchanges: personalized items are final after text approved by purchaser.
Additional Information: items damaged upon receipt are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiptant and claim through the carrier.
