Welcome Message: Welcome to Tennesoy Candles. Our candles are made with 100% soy wax. We also use lead free wicks and fragrances are phthalate free.
Payments: We accept PayPal as our primary method of payment.
Shipping & Order Processing: Most of our candles are made as ordered, so please allow 4 to 7 days to be shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: We do not allow refunds or exchanges. If any item is damaged during shipping such as broken glass, please email me pictures of damaged item immediately. We will then send a replacement.
