Thank you for visiting my shop.
I have personally made all items listed within my shop.
I have been knitting and crocheting for over 40 years!
Payments:
Payments accepted through PayPal
Shipping & Order Processing:
All items are shipped USPS Mail or UPS within 2-5 business days of your purchase.
(Unless otherwise stated in description of individual item).
We do not ship over the weekend.
In the event that an item is out of stock or back ordered,
we will contact you in a timely fashion.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied, please return
clean and unused in original packaging within 7 business days.
Refund will be issued less shipping and handling paid on original invoice. Item must be totally clean, unused and ready
for me to re-sell. Buyer pays to mail the item back to me.
Upon inspection, refund will be given via PayPal to your account.
