Payments: We accept PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing: Patterns will be sent to your e-mail address in a pdf file immediately upon payment receipt. Kits, and handmade items or prints will be mailed via the USPS and require a $5 shipping fee.
Refunds and Exchanges: All of our products are guaranteed and monies will be refunded if an item is returned, in it's original condition, within 10 days. If there are any questions, feel free to contact us at professionalbohemians@gmail.com.
