My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: We strive to take your order and check it twice just like Santa does! Then pack it and ship it as soon as possible...usually within five days in the USA.
Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, Square, Cashapp and Zelle. Cash is nice too! Money Orders are accepted. Orders will be shipped when the payment has cleared.
Shipping & Order Processing: We use USPS for our shipping. You place your order, payment is processed then your product is packed and shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: No cash refunds. If a package has been damaged in the mail please contact us in writing at sales@mitzieskitchen.com. Please send pictures of the damage. We will research each situation and handle it based on our understanding.
