Payments: Checks, Money orders or Paypal
Shipping & Order Processing: Payments by Paypal and Money orders are processed and shipped the same day. Orders that are paid by check are held for 5 business days for check to clear.
Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges are for damaged product only, and replaced with the exact embossing on the tag. Damaged tags must be returned before replacment tags are processed. Buyer assumes all shipping costs back to Howling Hound. No refunds all sales are final.
