Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns
Velvetblu wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days from the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since the item was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept a return of any item with scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case, or signs of alterations.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate your return send us an e-mail to info@velvetblu.com for a return order number, before you mail the item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Personalized items:
Personalized items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange for a same item, for example a ring, but different size, please send us an email at info@velvetblu.com and send your item to: 1042 Maple Avenue #164, Lisle, IL 60532.
We will exchange for a same item only once free of charge. Please keep in mind we may not carry anymore the alternative size you need. So always e-mail us first before sending any item back to us to confirm that the exchange is possible.
Shipping a returned item:
To initiate your return send us an e-mail to info@velvetblu.com for a return order number, before you mail the item back to us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1042 Maple Avenue #164, Lisle, IL 60532. Include the return order number you receive from us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
