My Shop Policies
Welcome Message: Thank you for considering our products and services. We specialize in Homemade Jerky Products. Most orders are filled within 10 days. For large orders, please contact us for deleivery expectations.
Payments: All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Orders in excess of $1,000.00 require 50% at time of order and balance due prior to shipment
Shipping & Order Processing: Unless specifically specified, we will arraign shipping via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are additional. Customer may arraign their own shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges: We sell food items. Unless there is confirmation of issues with the food product, we do not refund or exchange. If there is an issue with the food product, customer must send all unopen packs to us for inspection and confirmation prior to any refunds.
