Payments:
Shipping & Order Processing: We use UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will be added at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges: Return policy is 30 days for non custom items. Custom orders are final. Exchanges of non custom work can be made up to 90 days with reciepts.
Additional Information: Each piece is individually made. No two pieces are exact. Please understand, glass is fragile and requires careful handling. Some mosiacs might have a sharp edge to them. Be very careful not to cut yourself. Beauvais Glass Works is not respnsible for such injuries. We do accept MC,VISA AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.
