Welcome Message: Thank you for buying my original one-of-a-kind stained glass. All of my work is made in the Tiffany Copper Foil Method.
Payments: All paymets must be made in full prior to shipping of merchandise.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping cost will be added to all orders. I will not charge a handling fee.
Refunds and Exchanges: There are no refunds on damanged items, due to the fact that UPS does not insure breakage of glass. However, I will make sure that the pieces you purchase are packed in such a way as to prevent breakage to the best of mine and UPS's ability. I will purchase insurance for loss which is all that UPS allows for glass.
Additional Information: Please make sure your shipping information is correct. Also add a phone number if possible or email address so I can contact you when the package is being shipped.
