Hey, thanks for coming by RedRoosterFelt!
I'm Rachel, and I hand create every single piece here in the shop. I use a technique called needle felting and create these wild, whimsical and cute pieces of art.
All of my wall art is ready to hang!
Payments:
I accept PayPal
Shipping & Order Processing:
I process orders within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. I do like to ship USPS and of course all of my pieces are packaged so that they arrive safely to your home. at least that's the plan, sometimes things don't go that way. If for some reason something arrives and it is damaged please contact me immediately and I will definitely make it right. Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for items once they leave my hands and are in the shipping process. ( ie: if a package is showing that it was delivered, but you say it has not. )
Refunds and Exchanges:
If you have received something that is broken or is not what you had thought it would be a refund maybe ask for it within 7 days. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Additional Information:
My pieces may present a choking hazard to young children and babies. Please do not leave them unattended with any item.
when making mobiles I do try to keep in mind that they may be for babies or young children and do try to use as few pieces and bits, but please use your best judgement.
