Welcome to Roughly Gems.
All my items are hand crafted, and each one is an individual piece. My stones are minimally worked preserving the shape, beauty and artistry found in nature.
Payments: May be made using Pay Pal, no personal checks please.
Items will be shipped within 2 days after payment has been made and completed excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping is provided by USPS
Refunds and Exchanges: If for some reason you are not pleased with your item, exchanges can be made or item may be returned. You will be required to pay return shipping only. Upon reciept of the unaltered item, I will replace item or refund original purchase price only.
Additional Information: Please return often to Roughly Gems. New items are coming available frequently and make great gift ideas.
