Shipping & Order Processing:
All shipping times are estimated. Orders which are placed before Noon typically leave our warehouse the same day; The Russian Dolls Boutique does everything possible to make sure your order is delivered in a timely manner. In the unlikely event that a shipper does not deliver your order within the estimated time, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges:
-We gladly exchange or issue store credit within 30days.
-Any items being exchanged must be sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Failure to include any original package may result in a 20% restocking fee.
