Welcome Message: Welcome to our "Twisted S hop"
Payments: We accept PayPal, Checks and Money Orders. Paypal ships to confirmed address only. Checks & Money Orders do not ship until 7 business after deposit.
Shipping & Order Processing: We ship via UPS Ground service to the lower 48 states. All others please contact us BEFORE making a purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges: An RMA number from us is required for all returns and must be visible on outside of box. Any return without RMA on box will be refused at delivery resulting in a loss of shipping fees for sender. Return items must be in "new" saleable condition in order to receive refund. Refund amount will be purchase price less shipping & handling. No returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase.
