Welcome Message: Join Knot Square in re-purposing resources, to enhance our Environment
Payments: Payment required before shipping. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Appropriate taxes, shipping and processing fees will be added to the cost of all items and must be paid prior to shipping of the order.
Shipping & Order Processing: All custom made items will be submitted to purchaser by photo before order is processed. Payment for an item declares that it has been approved by the purchaser. If a selected item is not available, the fees will be refunded unless another item has been stated as acceptable.
Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges are available, plus the cost of shipping (return and replacement). If an item is not satisfactory after shipping, an exchange will be offered of a comparable item. Items that are not satisfactory, will have the price of item, taxes, shipping refunded at the discretion of Knot Square, Inc. It is the objective of Knot Square, Inc. that all purchases meet the approval of the customer. Just ask if you are not happy with your purchase, we want you to love working with us!
