Welcome Message: Welcome to Crafts by Dean and Paula. We are a “Mom and Pop” Veteran owned small business. We hope you enjoy what you see.
Payments: We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks, money orders or cashiers checks.
Shipping & Order Processing: We strive to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in a timely manner. We normally ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. We will ship USPS, since most other carriers contract with them anyway.
Refunds and Exchanges: Unless listed, all items are one of a kind. That means that the item in the photo is the exact item that you will receive. With that being said, refunds and exchanges are only offered if the item is damaged in shipping.
