Payments:
Pay with debit or credit cards or through PayPal.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Order will ship within (72) hours of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted. There is no processing fee. Cost of shipping may vary and is non-refundable. If, for any reason, there will be a delay in processing or shipping, I will personally contact you regarding the issue at hand and will discuss the next steps to be made. Any changes to the order must be made before product is set to ship. If applicable, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your package.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipping. All products not custom made may be returned for full refund of price of product, return shipping paid by consumer, few exclusions apply. Cannot provide refund for cost of shipping. Refund will be processed at the time the product is received. Please provide a description of the reason for your return with the request. If there is the possibility of return, it is recommended to carefully inspect and take a picture of product upon receiving, for quality assurance. Any defect of products are noted in the products description. However, if the product is damaged during shipping, a claim will be submitted through the shipping company and may take longer due to third party policies and procedures. I will do my best to make sure you are 100% happy with your decision to bring a little piece of my heart into your home.
Additional Information:
Please feel free to contact me with any and all questions, comments, or concerns. When requesting a custom painting or custom painted furniture, décor, or other hand-crafted item, please include as much detail as possible. Including a sample picture of patterns or theme ideas is recommended, however, sample pictures of colors may not be helpful due to difference in screen resolution and quality. Custom items do not have a set time of completion however, they will be finished in a timely manner and communication will remain open.
