Return Policy: 30 days with receipt. Merchandise must be in original package; undamaged, not used and there is a 10% restock fee for orders over $50.00
Returned checks for insufficient funds will have a $35.00 fee added to the check amount. Legal proceedings will be utilized to fullest extent for collection if not satisfied within 30 days.
Special orders in excess of $100 will require a 10% down payment and full payment before merchandise is sent.
Credit cards and Paypal will be accepted in the future and advertised when these forms of payment will be accepted.
ADS will purchase clothing, shoes and accessories on consignment; therefore, some fashions will be "slightly used but like new" and labeled as such.
ADS has the right and will make changes to policies as required.
