Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping via USPS, please allow 7 days to process order.
Refunds and Exchanges: Concealed damage (shipping container was not damaged), will be replaced at no charge. Shipping damage claims will be filed with the carrier and orders replaced upon reimbursement from carrier.
