Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be resellable, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and with the same amount of product. All original labels need to be attached, and if the product is sealed, the seal shall not be broken. We don’t provide refunds for items that get damaged on their way to us, so please package items responsibly for transit. If either of the mentioned conditions are not met, the refund amount will be deducted the monetary loss of value of each product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The transportation risk of return is on the buyer. If the package is lost during transit back to us, a refund will not be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return and exchange/refund.
