Payments: Check, PayPal, Money Order, and coming soon, credit cards.
Shipping & Order Processing: Shipping is free.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are available if mailed back within 3 business days of reciept. The item must be returned in excellent condition unless damaged in transit. Insurance is purchased for each piece if lost or damaged before delivery. If a piece is not the right size or if there should be an issue please call me directly to discuss how we might resolve the issue.
Additional Information: Jewelry is delicate. Semi precious stones are not as hard as precious stones and therefore require extra care. Leaving a stone in prolonged sunlight can damage the stone. Use only a soft cloth for polishing. Chemicals and steam cleaning can also damage the stones.
Custom orders are happily accepted. All pieces are one of a kind.
