Shipping & Order Processing:
There is no processing fee and we ship by USPS. The charge for most items alone is $5.00 and $3.00 for any additional item.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Since all items are made to order, returns are not accepted and will only be considered on a case by case basis. Any and all questions will be answered prior to ordering and any item can be customized to suit your needs.
