Payments:
Payment is made through Paypal or a one time credit card payment. Payment must be received within 2 business days of purchase or the sale will be canceled and the item returned to my shop - unless you have already contacted me and we have set up another arrangement. As you might expect, I will only ship once I have received payment.
Shipping & Order Processing:
All orders are carefully packaged for shipping. If there is damage despite my efforts in packaging please do not attempt to return the item to me. This must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this process. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
DOMESTIC ORDERS - As a way of saying thank you for shopping with me, I pay a portion of the shipping fees. I ship all U.S. orders via USPS First Class Mail w/Delivery confirmation + insurance. If you need an order shipped urgently please contact me for pricing and options.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Orders shipped to all countries outside of the US are shipped via USPS First Class International. Insurance is not included for International orders but can be purchased separately; please inquire with me for pricing and options.
International customers are more than welcome but are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
All items will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of final payment by PayPal (most of the time the item (s) will be shipped sooner). Payments made by PayPal e-check will be shipped as soon as the funds clear (usually within 3 business days). Please contact me with any questions.
Custom orders or resizes will be shipped within 5 business days of payment receipt
Refunds and Exchanges:
I love my work and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you should have a problem please contact me and hopefully we can work something out. If not, the item can be returned unused and in its original condition within 3 business days of receipt (the date shown on delivery confirmation as receiving your package) for a full refund minus shipping costs, insurance costs and PayPal transaction fees or exchanged for something else in my shop. Shipping, insurance costs and PayPal transaction fees will not be refunded.
Any returned items must be sent to me in their original packaging, unused, and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery confirmation and insurance (responsibility of the buyer). Upon receipt of the returned merchandise you will receive a credit (only to be redeemed in my shop) or a full refund (whichever is decided).
Please note, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
