Hello from us all here at Born to Bling Boutique!! We hope you enjoy our bling so much that it soon becomes your bling!! Thanks for looking at our shop and hope to get the opportunity to work with you very soon!!
Here at Born to Bling Boutique the only payment type we accept is Paypal!
We like to get our items out as fast as possible, but due to the fact that every piece is made at the time of purchase we ask for a 2 week grace period to produce your item and get it in the mail to you. If we can get it out sooner than that we definitely will! Also if for whatever reason we see that it could take longer we will contact you and proceed from there. We ship everything USPS, and if you need to get your item quickly let us know and we can take futher steps to accomplish this!
Due to the nature of our items we currently do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason we will work with you to try and resolve the issue at hand.
Because some of the items we produce deal with children and babies, some people become worried about the rhinestones. I have used all our items on my own 2 children with no "accidents". Our products do require a little special attention to keep them in good condition so to not cause problems for your children. We suggest that you do not put them in the dishwasher, microwave, or boil them for any reason. To wash, hand wash in cool water as to not soften or dissolve any glue. There is possibilities that stones will come off your items. If you drop them, pick at them, or also just normal wear and tear. We can and will do repair work for a small fee to help with the life of your item. At the time of purchase you are fully responsible for any accidents that may occur in use of your item.
