Refunds and Exchanges: We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item in its original condition to us up to 60 days after the original purchase date. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.
Additional Information: Custom mades are given "first put in/first go out" priority unless there is a waiting period for stones or beads. If you would like something custom made I will need the description, length (necklace)or measurement (bracelet), special request (silver tone, gold tone, brass, copper, antique brass, sterling silver, etc.), color combinations etc.
