Payments:
We accept PayPal for online purchases. Please contact us if you would like to pay in a different way.
Shipping & Order Processing:
Standard orders ship 3-5 days after payment is received.
All items ship first class with tracking available and usually arrive within a few business days. Weather and economic delays may occur based on location. Express and next day shipping is available at an additional charge.
Custom orders take longer depending on order size, items choices, and material availability. All custom orders will receive updates, usually including photos, of the order being made.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds and exchanges are only available BEFORE shipping, with exception to items that arrive damaged. Damaged items will require photographs of the damaged items and packaging before they can be processed.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
