Shipping & Order Processing: U.S. SHIIPING RATES AND POLICIES
Minimum order of $10.00 Free shipping for orders $35.00 and over. Orders are not shipped on sundays or holidays.
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days of placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges: You have 15 business days from the date you place your order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, if the item comes back as damaged a partial refund will be issued, the customer is responsible for shipping cost as well as any other costs to return the product for a full or partial refund, sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges/ We only replace items at equal or lesser value that are defective or damaged, if you need to exchange it send an email to Buckeyesboutique@tripleb-s.com and return your item to 267 Evergreen terrace columbus ohio 43228 and when we receive your item you will be notified per email and will be notified of the date your exchanged product is shipped out. Customers are always responsible for any and all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
