Welcome Message: Hello, we use a vinyl stencil for our wood signs and each one is custom made and is a one time use, so we do have a no return policy on all personalized custom designs. If there is an issue, we will try to work with you so you are completely satisfied. Thank you for your understanding.
Payments: We accept Debit/ MC and Visa, and PayPal
Shipping & Order Processing: All items ship free of charge to the US
Refunds and Exchanges: We are unable to refund on all personalized, custom made orders as they are a vinyl stencil cut to order. If there is a problem, please let us know so we can try to rectify it. If you have purchased a non personalized product, we will gladly exchange if there is a defect or problem with the product when you receive it. Please email us at: buildingartandsoulllc@gmail.com
